Orange Wine & Cheese Supperclub at Third Culture Deli
We are back with the first edition of the year of our Wine & Cheese Supperclub, bringing you an evening of curated vegan cheese and next-level orange wine pairings!
Join us for an evening of an eclectic mix of four orange wines from around the world and an amazing vegan cheese inspired menu!
The four wines have been handpicked and thoroughly approved by the team at Third Culture Deli, and they're all vegan, of course. Orange wines are made in the same way as white wines, but are left on the crushed grape skins for longer than normal. This extended skin contact imparts an amber hue, a chunky texture, tannins similar to those found in red wine, and funky flavours that run the gamut from yeasty sourdough to citrus pith, and toasted nuts to bruised fruit.
Expect lots of sipping, fermented cashew cheeses, all wrapped in the warm glow of Third Culture’s open kitchen.
Lucia, our head-chef, curated this mouthwatering menu (which we already tried and can’t wait to share it with you!) and it’ll be paired with 4 delicious wines:
- Stracciatella with charred leaks and chilli oil, focaccia
- Nori seaweed and fermented tofu arancino
- I AM NUT OK fermented cashew cheese board with rhubarb chutney
- Osmanthus and mango no-bake cheesecake
The whole menu is completely plant-based, obvs 😉
📆 26th & 27th of March
⏱ 2 slots available: 6 pm and 8 pm
🎟️ £45 per person (when buying only 1 ticket, you’ll be charged for a delivery fee that we’ll refund)
🍛 Courses: 4 dishes + 4 wines
📍Location: Third Culture Deli
💰Refund: Tickets can only be refunded if cancelled 2 days before the event. Unfortunately, as all the ingredients are bought fresh, we won’t be able to refund any tickets if the deadline has passed.
