Yes, everything is vegan including the truffle oil which is a natural extract derived from mushrooms to taste like truffle.

The products usually come with a shelf life between 2 to 4 months, and everything can be frozen before the Use By date. Defrost in the fridge and consume as normal.

The fresh and aged cheeses are made with live cultures, and they are not pasteurised. Please check with your doctor for professional advice.
