There's something magical about this season, or should we say wild! You know what we are talking about, it’s the wild garlic season! So when one of our lovely Hackney customers offered us their patch, we packed up the whole I AM NUT OK team and went foraging together.
Every leaf and petal we brought back has gone into this bundle:
We’ve got not one, but two new and limited edition products (that’s WILDS!).
A wild garlic cashew cheese and a wild garlic salt, made with the leaves and the delicate white flowers, for a finishing salt that turns roast potatoes, focaccia, fresh tomatoes (or honestly, anything) into something a little wild.
This is properly seasonal, locally foraged, and made in a very small batch, so it's a very limited edition!
On top of that, you’ll also find the following cheeses & accompaniments:
