A note on delivery & keeping things cool

Once your order leaves us, it's in DPD's hands. We do everything we can to make sure they follow the delivery instructions you leave — including any redirections, safe-place requests or neighbour drop-offs — but DPD is a separate company, and things like delays, missed instructions or a parcel left outside are ultimately down to them, not something we're able to control.

The good news: your cheese will travel well! We pack every order in insulated packaging with enouogh ice packs (1 or 2 depending on the temperature) that's designed to keep everything cold for 24 to 48 hours — well beyond the length of a normal delivery. So even if your parcel ends up sitting out for the day, there's no need to panic. As long as it's been less than 48 hours since your order shipped and the cheese still feels cold, or even fairly cold, to the touch, it'll be perfectly good to eat. The ice pack feeling soft or melted on arrival is completely normal and doesn't mean anything's wrong.

Just pop everything in the fridge as soon as you can, and you're sorted. If your parcel has been out for longer than 48 hours, or the cheese arrives genuinely warm, do get in touch and we'll sort it out. Please email us at shipping@iamnutok.com
