Vegan Cheesy Tumeric Kale Chips
Kale chips are a healthy alternative to fried potato chips and are so easy to make! Enjoy them warm or the next day.
Ingredients
- 3 kale leaves 
- 1/3 cup I AM NUT OK Parme-Sans Cheese 
- Pinch of salt 
- 3 tbsp. oil 
- 1 tsp turmeric 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175 C 
- Rinse and pat dry the kale leaves. 
- Gently pull away the leaves from the stem and pull into bit size pieces. 
- In a large bowl, massage the oil into the kale leaves. 
- Add Parme-Sans, salt, and turmeric to the oiled leaves and gently mix with your hands until evenly coated. 
- Lay coated leaves on a baking sheet in a single layer 
- Bake for 7-15 minutes (will vary based on oven) until edges are lightly brown. Be sure to watch very closely or they will burn!
