LOGISTICS

Our London orders are shipped by PackFleet and the rest of orders are shipped with DPD*, you will get automated email notifications throughout the shipping process from them informing you of the status of your order. 

It is important you are able to receive your order upon delivery as our items need to be refrigerated immediately, as the ice packs are only guaranteed to stay cold for the duration of the trip. 

You can request preferred delivery dates at checkout (between Tuesday and Friday). Please get in touch here if you need something more urgently.

ISSUES

The shipping company is a separate entity from us so please contact the courier directly with any problems related to the shipment of your products. We will do our best to assist in any matters within our control wherever we can.

PACKAGING INFORMATION

Our ice packs can be reused or recycled - simply cut the corner of the pack and dispose of the contents through the normal domestic waste system. The contents are non-toxic and not at all harmful to the environment.

The outer film is recyclable as LDPE 4. You'll need to check with your local council whether or not they'll accept it in household recycling, otherwise, they can be recycled anywhere that accepts plastic bags.

The outer cardboard box can be recycled through regular recycling.

We try to recycle any packaging we receive at IANO HQ, so you may find pieces of other packaging in your order.
